Orders & Shipping

Please read these terms carefully and check that the details of your order are complete and accurate before submitting your order to us.

Shipping

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after the order is processed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with available tracking information.

International orders will be sent via USPS First-Class Package International Service. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any packages that are returned, including packages returned due to unpaid custom fees or taxes imposed by non-U.S. countries.

A $2.00 handling charge is included in all shipping prices.

Lost, stolen, damaged or returned mail

Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. USPS Priority Mail includes limited insurance (with some restrictions). Please contact USPS if you must file a claim. 

We also are not responsible for attempted deliveries that result in your package being returned. Please use the supplied tracking number to stay informed about the delivery of your package. You must contact your local post office as soon as possible to reschedule any missed deliveries. If undeliverable, the package will be returned to us, and new shipping charges will be incurred.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. Please write to us at info@lampo.org if there is an issue with your order. 

Sales Tax

All merchandise shipped to addresses within Illinois will incur a sales tax. Memberships do not incur a sales tax.

Memberships

Memberships are not refundable or transferable. Categories, benefits, and prices are subject to change.

One-time memberships are valid for one year from the date of purchase. For members who join on a monthly subscription basis, recurring payment will be processed automatically for a minimum of 12 months.

Merchandise discount for members

Lampo members receive a 15% discount on merchandise.

To receive your discount, you must sign in to your account before completing your purchase. The billing name on the order should match the name of the membership holder.

Discounts cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

If you are not a member, join Lampo. Add a membership to your cart, and save 15% instantly on any other merchandise in the same cart.

Priority RSVP for Members

Members receive advance notice of upcoming programs, with the opportunity to RSVP before the general public. Please make reservations on your own through the link provided for each event. If you ever find that the RSVP list is full, send us a message, and we will add your name plus one guest to the list. Keep in mind, entry for all RSVPers is on a first-come, first-served basis. Our hosts determine when they have reached capacity. Please plan to arrive early.

Occasionally we produce special performances designed for the 10 x 20-foot dimensions of the Lampo office. Audience capacity is very limited. Members will have the first opportunity to make a reservation. We are not able to expand the list for these events after the available spots are taken.
